Ingredients
5medium tomatoes
1ripe avocado
½small red onion
2serrano peppers
1/2bunchcilantro
1/2tdpSalt
Instructions
After washing the tomatoes, dice them in small pieces and add to a medium sized bowl. Finely chop the onion, serranos, and cilantro and add to the bowl. Mix until the ingredients are combined.
Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl. Add the salt and gently mix to distribute the avocado evenly being careful not to mash the avocado too much.
Let the avocado pico de gallo sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Taste, adjust the salt as needed and serve!
